How to test phone battery cell?

Do you want to know the secret of our good quality and low defect rate products?

Yah, the secret is in the process of our detection and tesing of cell and battery.

To reduce defet rate, we do 5 times test and 3 times detection for each cell and battery.

About testing

1. High temperature tesing
Test whether the battery can run at 60℃

2. Low temperature testing
Test whether the battery can run at -20℃

3. Impact Test
Check if it can withstand impact

4. Aging testing
Test the capacity by 300 times charges and discharges(Make sure it still have 90% capacity)

Test the capacity by 500 times charges and discharges(Make sure it still have 80% capacity)

5. Transportation vibration test.

(Simulate long-distance transportation vibration environment, test whether the packages and batteries are still well after that.(I attach video to you here.)

6. Test capactiy for each cell
We full charge and discharge one time, to test the true capacity
We have to make sure each cell's capacity is higher than they have been claimed.

7. Voltage
About voltage our standard is 3.85-4.00V.
We make sure that after 1 month transportation, it still has 3.8 V

8. Impendance
Apple's standard is 120， but the true is around 120-130.
We accept ±5 tolerances。
